Here's a sampling of Internet employment services and the costs to post employment advertisements and a home page site on the World Wide Web:

Online Career Center
This Indianapolis service offers an unlimited number of job listings for a one-time membership fee of $3,500, then $60 a year thereafter.

For members, Online Career Center also will create a free Web home page; but if you use its server to display that home page, there's a $300 annual charge.

The Monster Board, operated by Adion Inc. in Natick, Mass., also offers home page sites for $2,500 to $10,000.
