In addition to online recruitment services such as JobTrak, other job hunt and recruitment services and tools include online job fairs. One example is CyberFairs, a service begun last December by Human Resources Electronic Advertising and Recruiting Tool (Heart) Advertising Network Inc. The Los Altos, Calif., firm has hosted online
fairs for such companies as Unisys, NEC, and LSI.
For about $5,000, employers host two-day, on-line Cyberfairs targeting specific types of job seekers. The online nature of the service allows employers and job candidates to communicate interactively. "On-site job fairs might cost from $20,000 to $100,000," says Heart C
