Wellspring Hires VP

ellspring Resources LLC, an employee-benefits outsourcer in Jacksonville, Fla., has hired Richard Morris as VP and CIO. Morris, who has held top IS executive positions at U.S. Healthcare, Fidelity Bank, and Pitney Bowes, will manage technology functions and strategy, infrastructure, systems architecture, and design at Wellspring. The company provides benefits-related transaction processing and information access through call centers, the Internet, and kiosks.
