Roscitt Named CEO Of AT&T Solutions
By
Bruce Caldwell
Roscitt, formerly worldwide managing partner for the outsourcing unit, helped formulate the business plan for AT&T Solutions and recommended recruitment of an outside expert to head it. The outsourcing part of the business is a year ahead of the business plan, he says, showing a profit this year, with $600 million in revenue from $4.5 billion in long-term contracts. The consulting, systems integration, and customer- care units of AT&T Solutions bring in abou
t $400 million in revenue. AT&T Solutions is expected to break even or show a profit next year.
Roscitt says James Corey, head of the Solutions consulting unit, who had been a colleague of Millar's at Unisys, "is re-evaluating what he wants to do now."
