About The Customer Evaluations

Fifty customers of each of the systems integrators in this study were asked to evaluate their satisfaction in a wide range of key performance areas. In short, they're answering the kinds of questions you might ask before inking a services contract. Areas of greatest concern for all customers combined include deadline discipline, after-sale service, and knowledge transfer.
