Space is limited so make your reservations early. The hotel will
sell out. Reservations at the preferred rate are available until Friday, August 29. Thereafter, rooms will be available on a space-available basis.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be assessed a $200 service fee through Friday, August 23. After that date, no refunds will be made. With prior notice, substitutions within a company may be arranged.
Companion Registration
The companion fee is $200. Companions must be enrolled in this program to attend any conference related function. This fee includes all scheduled meals and entertainment. Conference session attendance is not included.

Casual attire is recommended for all meetings, receptions and meals. The main objective is to relax and be comfortable. Ample time is scheduled for networking with your colleagues, faculty resources and your hosts. So bring your sports clothes.
