Tata has three types of offerings for healthcare providers. Its IT services include application development and maintenance, systems integration, and infrastructure services. Its business systems include health care analytics and hospital information systems. Tata also offers IT outsourcing services for healthcare providers.

Value to healthcare providers: Tata has been providing healthcare IT services for more than 20 years. It has recently added health informatics offerings, including electronic medical records; regulatory compliance systems such as ICD-10; and operational and clinical dashboards for healthcare analytics.
