Senior Editor Paul McDougall covers major tech companies such as Microsoft and IBM for InformationWeek and InformationWeek.com, and also keeps a close eye on the outsourcing and IT services markets.
His journalistic interests include the impact of technology on emerging markets and the economies of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
