Public access to public clouds
It's nice to see cloud providers opening up data sotres to the masses in order to help drive innovation.  I can see many not-for-profit agencies and public services agencies leveraging these types of data stores, who normally wouldn't have the ability to acquire this amount of data, or have access to the collection methods such as ESA satellites.  Providing the right data controls are in place, I think this new era of sharing data is going to spread to other ares of science.
