Facebook makes it easy to respond to customers, with all comments pertaining to a specific post collected in one place. For example, QVC struck a chord with customers when it posed a question about whether toilet paper should be hung "over" or "under". The post included a link to a toilet paper roll stand that the company sells. At press time, the post had been liked more than 2,000 times, shared more than 200 times, and commented upon more than 3,000 times.
