NASA Curiosity Visual Tour: Mars, Revealed
August 10, 2012 03:06 PM NASA's car-like Curiosity rover beams back views from the Red Planet, revealing the most detailed depiction of Mars surface to date.
3-D Front View
Here is a front 3-D view from Curiosity. A stereo pair of Hazcams on the front of the rover created the image after it landed. Although the image has been cropped, part of Mt. Sharp, which is more than three miles high, is visible above the terrain.
