5. Online Collaboration: Advantage Google

Google lets you quickly and easily create groups, share documents, and execute real-time co-editing among multiple users. It's a key advantage of Google Groups and Google Docs editing that Microsoft has yet to match. Google also offers a battery of popular creative, social, and media apps ranging from Picasa to Blogger to Google Web Analytics. Bing and Kinect are rare recent exceptions to a pile of failures that have not inspired confidence in Microsoft's ability to adapt to the consumerization of IT trend.
