K.C. Jones Bio

K.C. Jones has always been interested in science and technology, particularly robotics and space. An even greater love of writing led to a career with daily newspapers and a wire service. Jones' insatiable curiosity about the world, and the people in it, has led to a wide range of beats like: crime, homeland security, immigration, the environment, and politics, including the Clinton impeachment. Jones joined UBM three years ago and covers Internet policy, Web portals, and e-commerce for InformationWeek in New York City. She enjoys rock climbing and other outdoor sports and travel. She speaks French, Spanish, and some German.
