We received a call today from a former EDS worker laid off last year from one of the company's New Jersey facilities. She reports receiving a letter the other day from the state's employment commission indicating EDS is contesting her unemployment insurance payments. We wonder if the company is set to take a tougher line with former employees in terms of unemployment insurance claims.
