I4U News points out that Archos has posted a product page for a new Archos Gmini 500.

We reviewed the Archos Gmini 402 earlier this year, and liked it a lot. The new one, however, looks like it's light years ahead of the old.The Gmini 500 will come with 20GB or 40GB of storage. It has a four-inch screen (480x272), and can even serve as a "USB host," which means you can plug it into another USB device and transfer files without a PC.

Battery life is 15 hours for music and 5 hours for video, according to the site.
