Now They're Giving Away Kid's GPS Cell Phone
The UK company calls the phone the "TeddyFone," though the same Chinese phone has been called the "i-Care Baby Bear" phone and the "Kare" phone in Asia. Is this the future of cell phones marketing? Free phones? Is this the future of childcare? GPS tracking? I don't know the answer to these questions, but I do believe this is a fairly radical move intended to generate a new comfort level with very young children owning cell phones.
