Friends Turn To Satellite Photos And Mechanical Turk In Search For James Gray

While the Coast Guard may have ended its search for missing Microsoft researcher James Gray, friends and other concerned parties have turned to satellite photos and the Web to help in the search.

Amazon has opened up a section of its Mechanical Turk, a search program where people break up long projects into small tasks, to help in the search for Gray. Friends and concerned Netizens can take a hand at examining individual satellite photographs and then mark each picture as likely or unlikely to contain images of Gray's missing boat or parts of the boat. If you have the time to spare, please check at least a few photographs on the Amazon site.
