IE Mobile Gets Standards For Windows Mobile 6

For those of you eagerly waiting the upgrades to Internet Explorer Mobile for Windows Mobile 6, here is a rundown of what you can expect from the new OS.


IE Mobile for Windows Mobile 6 will sport a number of standards-based improvements designed to make mobile Web development easier. Improvements include HTML element support, CSS, and Script/DOM support.

Will these improvements allow developers to begin work on SOA-based applications for WiMo6 devices? What do you think? Have any of you already started working on Web-based apps for the new version of IE Mobile?
