The people over at Opera Software can't seem to stop innovating. Their latest contribution to the mobile industry is a service that reflects all your PC-based browser settings -- including bookmarks -- on whatever mobile device you happen to be using.

At first glance, the service appears to be pretty simple. It involves only a few steps. First, download the Opera browser (version 9.5). Then download the Opera Mini 4.0 mobile browser onto your favorite mobile phone. Then go to Opera's Web site, register, fine-tune all your settings, and voila! All the bookmarks, personal bar, and speed-dial settings that you use on your desktop browser are automatically available on your mobile device without the need to enter any information on the mobile device itself.

Because we all know how tedious it can be to enter URLs and configure browsers on mobile phones, this is a great step toward simplifying the experience.
