Twitter Management Stood Me Up

Posted by Mitch Wagner, Jun 3, 2008 04:56 PM

I was all excited to do an interview with the Twitter management team this afternoon, but the appointed time came and went and they didn't show up when they said they would. They were unavailable. This is ironic because one of the points of the interview was going to be Twitter's unreliability and unavailability over the past few weeks.

Hey, guys, by creating Twitter you've introduced the Internet to wonderful technology, and now I'd like to return the favor. Have you heard of a "calendar"? It's very useful, and it comes in Web 2.0, or Web 1.0, or attractive analog versions.

Update Wednesday 1:45 am EDT: Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and I finally connected and we had a great interview about plans for improving platform stability and upcoming features. All is forgiven. Watch for a blog post about the interview later today.
