RIM CEO: Bold Delay Because Of iPhone 3G
Research In Motion's co-CEO implied the BlackBerry Bold continues to be delayed because it's still being tested to ensure that it doesn't have the same 3G connectivity problems that plagued the iPhone 3G earlier this summer. "There's great scrutiny, as you might know, on that network and a certain device. So I guess everyone wants to be sure on every last test," Mike Lazaridis told The Associated Press. Of course, he's referring to the much-complained-about iPhone 3G. Many were quick to blame AT&T's network for the issue, but I still have a feeling it was a software or hardware issue.
