The latest include 802.11n Wi-Fi powers, FM radio capabilities and the ability to edit and upload video. These are all rumors, and should be taken with a healthy dose of salt -- especially since Apple hasn't even confirmed that there will even be a next-generation iPhone. Whether or not these represent the wheat, the chaff, or just someone's wild imagination is anyone's guess. Even so, they're worth noting.
First up is that the new, unannounced version of the iPhone will include 802.11n Wi-Fi. AppleInsider reports that it has found references in iPhone/iPod Touch 3.0 code to the Broadcom BCM4329 chip, which is a low-power chip that supports 5GHz 802.11n networks. Just because it's in the code doesn't mean that the chip will be there with 100% conviction, but it is a solid indication of what hardware may be on board.

Next is the FM radio. This is a feature that's long been missing from the iPhone. The same Broadcom chipset uncovered by AppleInsider also has FM radio receive an transmit capabilities. From the Broadcom spec sheet, "FM transmit enables consumers to stream music directly from a personal media players (PMPs) or mobile phone to car stereos or home theater systems without having to purchase special adapters or use bulky cables. FM receive is already a popular feature that enables consumers to obtain real-time traffic information as well as listen to music, news and sports broadcasts on their mobile phones." If this chipset is indeed in the next-generation iPhone, we're looking at some serious new radio-based capabilities.
Last comes video editing. Yet more clues found in iPhone 3.0 beta code indicate that the iPhone will support video editing and uploading capabilities. A Gizmodo tipster said he found references to such, and the blog reports, "Buried in the beta are some graphics that future iPhone directors might use for video editing. There are also some art resources that allegedly show scrubbing and clip features." It had earlier been discovered that the iPhone could possibly upload video through its MobileMe link.
So there you have it, a round-up of the latest iPhone rumors.
