Quick Demo of Nokia N900
To see the demo, watch the video below.
The demonstration shows how the N900 multitasks -- that is, it can run several applications in the background; a feature it shares with the Palm Pre. We also got a look at its Firefox browser with built-in Adobe Flash 9.4 support. The N900 also provides some compelling "desktop" (mobile-top?) personalization features. Finally, Nokia has integrated its communications capabilities with Skype and Google Talk, and when you select a contact, you're offered a choice of communication options. Nokia still hasn't announced pricing and availability, but assuming the price is reasonable (for once), the N900 will be another formidable competitor to Android offerings, Palm Pre and the iPhone.
