Circle Re-Ordering

Circles in Google+ can now be re-organized. Drag them left or right and they'll happily remain in their new position. Dragging a Circle into the top half of the Circles page--where the rectangular contact cards are presented--will add a new tab to the people list that shows only those people in the Circle.
