What is the future of BYOD? BYTE's Boonsri Dickinson interviewed Oliver Bussmann, CIO at SAP, regarding the future of tablets and smartphones in the workplace. At CES, Bussmann spoke about the future of BYOD and why he loves using Twitter to generate a community. He also talked about how they modeled their IT repair department after Apple's Genius Bar.
