No VMware disaster recovery for Hyper-V
Good question, Lorna. Disaster Recovery Service works only with ESX and ESXi virtual machines. Hyper-V VMs not included.

Smart
Virtualization was the best thing ever to happen to DR, and this is the logical culmination. The kicker is that 'VMware's price for a one-month subscription to Disaster Recovery includes 30 days of operations during a recovery.'

A no-brainer for VMware shops that don't already have dedicated DR centers -- and if the company can keep the cost for this in check, it'll be hard to beat by an IaaS vendor. One question though -- what if a company has some Hyper-V?
