HealthCare.gov HealthCare.gov has been about as disappointing as it gets. The online exchange for health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) had a litany of problems on day one (Oct. 1): extreme slowness, broken pull-down menus, and information on applications being deleted. The site's performance improved throughout November and December, but only slightly. In the coming months, HealthCare.gov will improve, but such a flawed rollout at a time of unprecedented technology innovation is a stain on President Obama's second term and a letdown we won't soon forget.
