Cancellation Policy

All requests must be received in writing. Cancellations will be assessed a $200 service fee through Friday, August 26, 2005. No refunds will be made after August 26, 2005. Substitutions within a company are acceptable but must still meet InformationWeek qualification criteria. Please send your written cancellations to: informationweekfall@cmp.com .

Companion Program

InformationWeek offers a companion program to Conference attendee spouses and guests for a modest fee of $400.00. (Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the companion/staff registration fee.) Companions are invited to attend receptions, meal functions, sporting and special events taking place at the InformationWeek Fall Conference. Companions must be registered to attend these events and must wear their InformationWeek Conference name badge for entrance into all activities. Companions may not attend InformationWeek Conference sessions.

$1,895 if you register after July 15, 2005

This includes CIOs and Senior IT executives of non technology-vendor companies. All registrations are subject to approval by InformationWeek, and participants must qualify to attend. (Subject to verification)
Friends of InformationWeek: $1,695
If you meet the qualifications and have attended any InformationWeek Event in the past year you will qualify for this special rate. (Subject to verification)
Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Professionals: $4,500
A limited number of business, sales, marketing, new business development, or consulting position, can register at this rate.
