Thanks for having been a part of the 2006 InformationWeek 500 Conference! We're always proud of the events we produce, but this time we think we can say we outdid ourselves. What other event draws industry luminaries like Mark Hurd and Randy Mott of HP, Lars Rabbe of Yahoo!, Inc., Ralph Szygenda of GM, and business guru Tom Peters? The Monday night gala honoring this year's InformationWeek 500 finalists was exciting and inspiring, and we capped off the event by hearing from the best of the best, including an in-depth interview with this year's top CIO, Gary Scholten of Principal Financial Group, and Principal's President & COO Larry Zimpelman.

Of course, we squeezed in a lot of fun too… the InformationWeek Classic Golf Tournament, Brian Gillooly channeling Richard Dawson for "IT Family Feud," and rolling in the aisles to the comedic stylings of Jake Johannsen.
