Complimentary registration is available to a limited number of qualified business technology executives involved in the purchase/authorization of technology products and services. Qualified titles include: President, CIO, Vice President, Director/Manager of IS and/or IT, and LOB Manager. Complimentary registration is subject to availability and approval of InformationWeek. Cancellation Policy
All requests must be received in writing. Cancellations will be assessed a $200 service fee through Friday, August 18, 2006. No refunds will be made after August 18, 2006. Substitutions within a company are acceptable but must still meet InformationWeek qualification criteria. Please send your written cancellations to: informationweekconferenceconcierge@cmp.com.

Companion Program
InformationWeek offers a companion program to Conference attendee spouses and guests for a modest fee of $400.00. (Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the companion/staff registration fee.) Companions are invited to attend receptions, meal functions, sporting and special events taking place at the InformationWeek 500 Conference. Companions must be registered to attend these events and must wear their InformationWeek Conference name badge for entrance into all activities. Companions may not attend InformationWeek Conference sessions

Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Professionals Full Conference Pass (September 10-13)
Registration includes: entrance to the InformationWeek 500 Conference from Sunday through Wednesday, The InformationWeek Golf Classic, The InformationWeek 500 Awards dinner, receptions, meal functions and special events.
Fee: $4,500
2-day pass (September 11-12)
Registration includes: entrance to the InformationWeek 500 Conference, Day 2 (September 11 & 12) breakfast and lunch, keynotes, and special events.
Fee: $1,200
The InformationWeek 500 Awards Dinner (September 11)
Registration includes: entrance to the InformationWeek Awards Dinner and spot in the InformationWeek Golf Tournament.
Fee: $600
