InformationWeek Golf Classic

InformationWeek Golf Classic will take place on Sunday, April 2 with registration from 7:30am – 8:30am followed by a shotgun start at 8:45am at the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Join your peers for a shotgun start, best ball, scramble tournament format will ensure that the novice player as well as the serious golfer can team up for a chance to win. The tournament will be followed by an awards ceremony and reception. There are no extra fees for participating in the InformationWeek Golf Classic on Sunday, April 2. Historically, the tournament does fill-up quickly so registrations are first-come, first-served.

The Ritz-Carlton

A block of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island has been reserved at a discounted room rate of $299 plus tax for attendees. The Ritz-Carlton will most likely sell out, so please reserve early by calling 904-277-1100. Be sure to identify yourself as part of the InformationWeek Conference to receive the discounted rate. If you prefer to book your hotel accommodations online you can go to: http://www.ritzcarlton.com/resorts/amelia_island/
reservations/default.asp and enter Group Code "ifwifwa" for our discounted rate. You must make your hotel reservations separately from the Conference registration.

Companion Program

InformationWeek offers a companion program to Conference attendee spouses and guests for a modest fee of $400.00. (Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the companion/staff registration fee.) Companions are invited to attend receptions, meal functions, sporting and special events taking place at the InformationWeek Spring Conference. Companions must be registered to attend these events and must wear their InformationWeek Conference name badge for entrance into all activities. Companions may not attend InformationWeek Conference sessions.

Cancellation Policy

All requests must be received in writing. Cancellations will be assessed a $200 service fee through Friday, March 17, 2006. No refunds will be made after March 17, 2006. Substitutions within a company are acceptable but must still meet InformationWeek qualification criteria. Please send your written cancellations to: informationweekconferenceconcierge@cmp.com.

If you meet the qualifications and have attended any InformationWeek Event in the past year you will qualify for this special rate. (Subject to verification)
Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Professionals: $4,500
A limited number of business, sales, marketing, new business development, or consulting position, can register at this rate.
