A block of rooms at the St. Regis Monarch Beach has been reserved at a discounted regular room rate of $245 or an executive suite rate of $285 plus 10.16% tax and a $12 resort fee for attendees. The hotel will most likely sell out, so please reserve early by registering online or calling (949) 234-3200. Your hotel reservation must be secured by a credit card deposit of one night's room rate and tax.  Be sure to identify yourself as part of the InformationWeek 500 Conference to receive the discounted rate. You must make your hotel reservations separately from the Conference registration.

The St. Regis Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Should you be required to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly at (949) 234-3200. The deposit of two night's room rate and tax will be retained by the St. Regis Monarch Beach if the cancellation/change is made within three days (72 hours) of your scheduled arrival date.
