Marriott- Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa Cancellation Policy:
Should you be required to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Jon Osing, InformationWeek housing manager, at jonathan.osing@ubm.com, or 630-515-2073. A one night deposit is required to confirm rooms on a definite basis. Guests may cancel by 4pm three (3) days prior to arrival without a cancellation fee.
The St. Regis Monarch Beach Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of two night's room rate and tax will be retained by the St. Regis Monarch Beach if the cancellation/change is made within five days of your scheduled arrival date. InformationWeek 500 is not responsible for any hotel reservations, cancellations, changes or charges.
