I've seen gender discrimination both personally and via my clients, and even been a victim of it myself, but -- as it so happens -- not specifically in IT (as I recall).

It's everywhere, no doubt -- and the Tinder sexual harassment/sexual discrimination litigation, if the plaintiff's claims are true, should be viewed as a major embarrassment to Silicon Valley.
