Who Should Attend?
The InformationWeek Spring Conference is an executive IT event for CIOs and senior IT executives of non-vendor companies. All registrations are subject to approval by InformationWeek, and participants must qualify to attend. A limited number of business, sales, marketing, and consulting professionals may attend at the registration fee of $4,500. Conference Registration Fees

Cancellation Policy
All requests must be received in writing. Cancellations will be assessed a $200 service fee through Friday, March 18, 2005. No refunds will be made after March 18, 2005. Substitutions within a company are acceptable but must still meet InformationWeek qualification criteria. Please send your written cancellations to: informationweekspring@cmp.com.
Companion Program
InformationWeek offers a companion program to Conference attendee spouses and guests for a modest fee of $400.00. (Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the companion/staff registration fee.) Companions are invited to attend receptions, meal functions, sporting and special events taking place at the InformationWeek Spring Conference. Companions must be registered to attend these events and must wear their InformationWeek Conference name badge for entrance into all activities. Companions may not attend InformationWeek Conference sessions.
Hotel Accommodations
The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island
Conference fee does not include hotel accommodations. Reserve early!
A block of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island has been reserved at a discounted room rate of $289 plus tax for attendees. The Ritz-Carlton will most likely sell out, so please reserve early by calling 904-277-1100. Be sure to identify yourself as part of the InformationWeek Conference to receive the discounted rate. You must make your hotel reservations separately from the Conference registration.
Do not reserve your room via The The Ritz-Carlton Web site as you will be unable to receive the discounted room rate.
