RFP

April 1 - 4, 2001
The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Fla.
Radical Simplicity:
Conquering Complexity and Enhancing Customer Value

Preparing an E-Business project?

InformationWeek and Doculabs invite you to participate as the subject of a 'Live RFP' at the upcoming InformationWeek Spring Conference scheduled for April 1 - 4, 2001, in Amelia Island, Fla.

Doculabs analyst will work direclty with you prior to the event to develop an RFP for your specific need. The RFP will be posted on the Doculabs and InformationWeek Web sites to encourage potential vendors to respond.

At the Live RFP forum, which attracts more than 200 senior-level business and IT executives, your company spokesperson will have the opportunity to give a brief overview of your organization and the RFP requirements. Then, the selected vendors will present their responses, touching on the key RFP criteria and the strengths of their solutions. An InformationWeek editor and senior Doculabs analyst will moderate the Live RFP and present their review of the proposals and the presentations.

Benefits:

  • Doculabs will provide assistance with your E-Business initiative and vendor selection
  • You will receive competitive responses to your RFP
  • Your participation will draw attention to your project from the vendor community
  • Your company will be recognized as "innovative" amongst the industry
  • Your company will receive free, valuable publicity from InformationWeek before, during and after the show
  • The lucky participant will also have the opportunity to network with other senior industry executives
  • In two words: "excellent exposure"

Who:
We are looking for a company that is in the midst (or will be in the market soon) of sending out an RFP for your E-Business initiatives and selection of vendors.

Why:
The live RFP provides a unique forum for bringing buyers and sellers together in the context of a real-world procurement decision.

If you are interested in participating, please reply to Kris Hooper by February 9th.
