Writer's better suited to being a simple WYSIWYG HTML editor rather than a full-blown word processor, partly due to the limitations you face in a Web browser.  Google Docs can handle reasonably simple documents, and is great if you want to share it with others, but it lacks many printing and formatting features.  Sheet's a much better behaved browser-based application, although there are a few things, like selecting ranges bigger than the screen, that don't work well.  Spreadsheet is capable of doing a range of calculations and will generate attractive charts, but your formatting options for those charts are rather limited.  Zoho Mail's feature set is a remarkably good match for Outlook, although as of this writing it doesn't have the level of integration with Outlook that it really needs.  Gmail organizes your e-mail using labels rather than folders, which takes some getting used to; luckily, labels can be automatically assigned as e-mail arrives.  Calendar is a really great way of tracking and sharing your schedule; however, it is not associated with Gmail, which makes them poor substitutes for Outlook.  Almost all the features you'd expect from a presentation program are replicated nicely in Show, including the ability to import existing PowerPoint documents.  Presentations makes it very easy to assemble slideshows, and even easier to exhibit them on the Internet; however, it lacks more sophisticated design features.  A sort of scrapbook for various kinds of media, Notebook works with most types of files, even those it won't directly support (such as PDFs).  Google Notebook is a handy way to capture bits of information (URLs, text, and images) from the Web and keep them organized and immediately available.  Creator's one of the best of the Zoho apps; its script construction tools and general design make it a good substitute for database solutions like FileMaker.
