When you boot your XP CD, this is the first screen you'll encounter. Hit Enter to proceed.  Make sure to select your C: partition, unless you've created a new partition for a dual-boot setup.  You should be able to quick-format your C: drive so it's cleared out to make way for XP.  The point of no return. You'll need to call Microsoft to get your downgrade activation key.
