Chrome's default homepage is automatically populated with recently browsed links and can be customized to suit one's morning round of browsing.  Firefox's "Personas" are only one of many extensions that make the browser into a whole platform unto itself.  Internet Explorer 8's "Compatibility View" forces sites to render as if they were being browsed by older iterations of IE. The vast majority of sites, thankfully, don't need it.  Opera's "Turbo" mode makes sites appear faster with some loss of image quality. Note the "Reload Image in Full Quality" option.  Safari's 3D-accerated history browser is a real eye-catcher in more ways than one.
