Nice idea but let's keep the jobs restricted to Americans
With this investment, the State of Massachussets is poised to become a magnet for tech jobs galore.  Now if education/corporate would get on board and begin training American under/unemployed (rather than importing foreign employees) to transition to a tech based economy, the US wouldn't be circling the bowl.
