Capturx Forms Server, from vendor Adpax, can speed up health screening data capture and reporting for corporate wellness programs. Proactive health screenings and employee wellness programs can not only improve employee health, but also help employers reduce health care costs. As more employees participate in screenings, program managers have had to find ways to improve the screening experience and to engage their employees as they discover their health status. Capturx data capture software is combined with digital pens from partner Anoto, as seen here, to streamline the process and increase the number of employee screenings. Paper forms are filled out by employees, while data gets automatically scanned and processed. Healthcare teams no longer need to ship, scan, or manually enter data, and health coaches can provide real-time full screening results to employees.

In looking through the preview, the one that integrates w/ med devices and the pen technology look really interesting. Looking forward to the HIMSS coverage!
