How does this work in the rea world...
Heard froma doctor the other day about how this coordiantes through a hospital and the comment was we get all kinds of stuff as a potential diagnosis now from the ER and we have to sort through it when taking over care for the patient.  It ends up being a CYA that could include any possibility so then when we get it we have to go through and get down to the meat and potatoes on all of it:) Hospitals don't want to be sued for missing a diagnosis so anything remotely possible now gets added in.  They said it makes for more work as the hand off of the patient takes place to focus on the real issues. 

So again, the model?  You can solve anything with software but how does it work in the "real world" versus a proof of concept and that's not an easy quesiton to always answer. So we maybe come back to the question "do people work that way"...
