Digital sales process
It's yet another example of digital business -- pharma being forced to digitize the sales process, and doctors being forced to digitize the new drug information-gathering process. (Recognizing of course that this digitizing is the business Quantia is in, but the trend for docs to spend less time in person with reps is inescapable)
