It would be nice if you had added some links to these programs! I cannot find ANY sounce of Epic's Lucy and it seems like their regular program cannot access information of all hospitals (Cleveland has their own...)

re: 9 Popular Personal Health Record Tools.
There is now an alternative solution named 'CGS MedRec'. This software keeps your personal medical records centralized locally on your pc, it is very powerful and easy-to-use and above all it's free and open-source.

Check it on http://sourceforge.net/projects/cgsmedrec/.

The main advantage of saving your medical data locally or as an encrypted file on the cloud (both options supported by CGS MedRec), is that you always truly remain in control over your privacy sensitive medical data. On the other hand you can use it as a backup, in case you already use an online solution, or use it together to make use of CGS MedRec unique and very useful features.

Good luck,
CSilva.

Maybe you have a look at Drimpy.com ? Why not, it is an integrated and overarching health care platform, patient based and with three basic and free features: your PHR, daily journal for tracking and monitoring your health parameters and a private and safe connection and communication network!
Connect with us to learn more about its premium features just like the physician features!
Thx. for allowing me this "promotional" comment!
