Wouldn't that be refreshing? I was glad to see the feds acknowledge the need to reduce red tape but hope it's not just another case of lip service.

Red Tape is the Gravy Train of Federal Government
Given the epic fail of the HHS dot gov website while she was at the helm, Kathleen Sebelius is the last person who should be commenting as to health I.T. security practices. Maybe the next politician appointed to oversee only the biggest development in the history of US healthcare  should actually have a practical background in tech as opposed to a PhD in political chicanery.
