IBM And Nokia Team On Wireless LANs

Aiming to claim territory in what amounts to a wireless land rush, Nokia says it will team with IBM to provide high-speed public wireless LAN access worldwide, bringing Internet connectivity to locations such as airports, conference centers, and hotels. IBM Global Services will install, maintain, finance, and offer consulting services for Nokia's Operator Wireless LAN Solution.
