I had some fun with this topic in my last post, and it’s too rich a topic to stop there. Based on the feedback so far, I’d say at least a few of you are thinking this way. On one level, a lot of this depends how heavily you’re invested in telecom infrastructure. VoIP is pretty good, but unless your phone system has been failing, I don’t see anyone ditching their phones altogether for a technology they have limited experience with. On the other hand, if your employee base skews towards Millennials, chances are many of them have already made the smart phone their device of choice.
