The Looxcie 2 is a wearable Bluetooth video headset that lets you share videos via iCloud, as well as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. You control it directly via a free Android or iOS app, which also allows a choice between 320p or 480p video quality. This follow-up to the first Looxcie cam weighs about 20% less than the original and looks to be about half the size of the original.

The updated Looxcie 2 provides more options for capturing a first-person perspective with new attachment accessories that make the gadget easier to wear over the ear, with a helmet or a cap. It comes in two versions--10 hours of video storage for $199 or 5 hours for $179. One limit to note: when the camera hits its storage limits, it begins recording over previously recorded material, so it's necessary that you schedule in regular cloud data dumps. The gadget stores video clips as MP4 files. It also doubles as a Bluetooth headset to take calls.
