Pinterest isn't just about promoting products; it can also promote your company itself. Salesforce.com has a board on Pinterest showing employees and the reasons they like working for the company. Of course, Pinterest isn't Saleforce's only or primary recruitment tool, but this is an easy way of supplementing existing initiatives.
