I couldnG«÷t agree with the author more in regards to pipelinning interns and recent graduates. These are individuals that are familiar with the systems and the way the company operates and hopeful they have done an outstanding job, good enough for an offer. It just makes sense to hire someone that already has knowledge of the way you run business and is trained how you trained them to hire them on after their internship. People with no experience are the best because you can train them the way that you wish!
